We're delighted to introduce the Aspect Self-Compassion Program for Autistic Adults (ASPAA), a free online resource created with input from Autistic individuals (currently in English only). This program is designed to help you be kinder to yourself, offering five easy-to-follow modules filled with practical exercises, meditations, and reflections. ASPAA not only helps you build resilience but also improves your overall well-being by nurturing self-compassion.

Whether you choose to go through the program at your own pace or with support, ASPAA is here to guide and empower you. Begin your journey today and experience how self-compassion can positively change your life.

Autistic adults can learn more and access the program for free here
