Take part in our international research study on loneliness in autistic adults

Image that says new research study: exploring loneliness of autistic adults

Feeling connected to others is important for our mental and physical wellbeing and can protect against anxiety and depression. Autistic adults often face stronger and more frequent feelings of loneliness than non-autistic people. What makes Autistic people feel lonely and what can be done to reduce loneliness?

During Mental Health Month we’re inviting Autistic and non-Autistic adults to take part in a new international study to help us measure and better understand the experiences of loneliness among Autistic people. Can you help?

We are looking for Autistic and non-autistic adults (over 18 years old) to complete an anonymous 15–30 minute online survey about their experiences of loneliness, depression, and self-compassion. For each person who completes the survey, we will donate AU$2 to the participants' choice of one of five international charities.
